A 28-LCC (J-Lead) case is used for packaging. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 700MHz. In it, there are 28 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount.
