MC100LVEL39DWG Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called LVDS, NECL, PECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Providing a maximum frequency of 1GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.8V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.8V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with ECL logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock Generator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. There are 20 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Fundamentally, this is a kind of Prescaler/Multivibrators clock PLL. 100LVEL series electronic parts are included in this product. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.05 ns. Input data is processed by combining clock logic function Clock.
