As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML, LVDS, NECL, PECL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 250MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
