Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, CML, NECL, PECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
