Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.It targets applications such as Processor and others.Ensure that the operating temperature of the power management ic is set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.2.8V~5.5V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.On the power management, there are two 48 terminals.The instruments designs has received high praise because it is an analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC.The power manager is supplied with 3.6V voltage and is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.A minimum of 2.8V is needed for it to start.For the output quality to be maintained, 10 channels work together.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltage greater than 4.5V .It is also possible to detect OTHER SUPPLY VOLTAGE=3.7 V TO 5.5 V when using this integrated power supplies.
