MC65Y103C Overview
An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Bulk. As a convenience, the package Bead includes it. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±0.15°C. Ensure reliable performance by setting the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~105°C. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -40°C for NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor can set a maximum power of 25mW. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 25mW to operate.
