MCP100-300HI/TO Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Bulk. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.85V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Through HoleThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 60μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MCP100, the base power ics number. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 60μA.
