MCP120-450I/SN Overview
This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tube. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. This power management has 8 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 60μA.
