It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. 3 pins make up the power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. A maximum supply temperature of 60μA can be used with this power management.
