MCP1653ST-E/UN Overview
It comes in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.7V~5.5V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 750kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Low Battery, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator.
