The package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains real time clocks.Tape & Reel (TR) is the way in which time clock is packaged.Electrical RTCs such as this have a 1.8V~3.6V supply.Clock/Calendar is the type of electrical real time clock that is being used.The position of this real time clock (RTC) on the system board is indicated by Surface Mount.Electronic time clocks should be -40°C~85°C degrees Celsius during operation.During operation, Alarm, EEPROM, Leap Year, Square Wave Output, SRAM, Watchdog Timer can be guaranteed.There are 14 terminations for transmission lines, which means that the RTC module that terminates the line matches its characteristic impedance.This electronic component receives a voltage of 5V.The RTCs are equipped with 14 pins.RTCs belongs to MCP795W20 family.Note that the supply voltage is 1.3V~3.6V for this electrical digital time clock.This part is included in Timer or RTC.In the RTC times, there is a memory of 64B that is available for storing programs as well as data.The frequency of real time clocks' output should not exceed 10MHz.There is a mounting type of Surface Mount for this RTC module.A total of 2/5V power supplies are required to operate it.14 pins are attached to it.Additionally, it has ALSO OPEARTES AT 1.8 V MINIMUM SUPPLY AT 3 MHZ.8 Bits are used in the design of this digital time clock.
