MIC1232MY Overview
Tube-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 8 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 4.5V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 18μA for the power management. You can always use MIC1232, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management system contains 1 elements and has been extensively applied in various target applications.
