MIC2177YWM Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.245V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 2.5A output current. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 250 being indestructible.
