MIC38C43-1YM Overview
With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 7.6V~20V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem.
