For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Input type of Inverting is used.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number MIC4123.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 3A.As long as the supply current stays below 3.5mA, the device will work properly.
