Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.Tape and Reel represents the packaging method.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.You mount it with Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 9A.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.Its maximum operating voltage is 18V.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.
