MM74HC139M Overview
For the purpose of saving board space, digital switch is included in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Tube is the packaging method.For mounting, digital switch ic uses the method Surface Mount.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer.By keeping the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Using a 2V~6V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Multiplexers from the 74HC series can be used in a wide range of applications.Its basic configuration includes terminations in the 16 range.The voltage supplied for multiplexer's system is 5V.multiplexer's systemA conductor terminates at GULL WING.The logic switch belongs to the family of HC/UH.To prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) remain at 2V.To avoid unnecessary failures, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 6V.
