MSP430FW425IPMR Overview
There is an option to purchase it in the 64-LQFP package, which saves space. Using Surface Mount, it is mounted. This item can be found in package Cut Tape (CT). A MSP430 core processor powers the device. The temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA while working. FLASH is the type of program memory used by it. It has a number of 48I/Os. The terminals of this device are located at QUAD. A 64 termination is contained within it. It is a member of the MSP430x4xx series of electrical components. The 2.2V supply voltage enables high efficiency. The gadget has MICROCONTROLLER, RISC as its uPs/uCs/peripheral IC. The structure is constructed from 64 pins. A total of 64 pins are attached to it.
