52-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. In case Tray, the cut smart buffer is available. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 1GHz. It has 52 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it.
