As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock.
