As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V.
