As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator.
