The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input.
