In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
