As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This clock generator receives its inputs from CML, ECL, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source.
