The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 32 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~5.25V available for use with this clock PLL.
