NBC12439AFAR2G Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-LQFP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 800MHz.
