There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 0.85V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 800mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 500nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use NCP302, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.2μA.
