This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. Please find attached SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. The pins of the power management system count 5. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 800mV for this power management. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 500nA. You can always use NCP303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.3μA.
