This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 4 pins. 4 pins make up the power management. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 1μA for the power management.
