It is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There is a package for it in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.It has been mounted as Surface Mount on the LED driver.There is a General Purpose switch type associated with it.It is recommended that the temperature be set to -40°C~125°C TJ for reliable operation.As a default, the output is set to 1.Operation is based on 3V~5.5V supply voltage.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts has been specified.As far as features are concerned, the LED driving board has Power Good, Slew Rate Controlled.It is necessary to use the 12 pins in order to operate the LED driver.To comply with the operation criteria, the maximum output current is reduced to 24A.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.As a result, it has a total of 12 pins.It has 3.2mOhm resistance.It is part of the ecoSWITCH? series.It uses an analog IC, which is SPST.When using this LED driving board, it is recommended that the supply voltage is set to 3.3V.The maximum current required for its operation is 24A.
