There is a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
