NCV300LSN28T1G Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. Power management has a total of 5 pins. 5 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 10V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a 500nA supply current present in the power management. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by NCV300. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.3μA. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
