NCV304LSQ30T1G Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 0.85V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The other features include, for example, [0], which is just one example. The IC power comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
