It is acceptable to ship in the way of Tape & Reel (TR) .To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 36-BFSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad .An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .The power management is designed for use with applications at Automotive .It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~150°C in order to prevent malfunctions.The power management runs on 5.5V~28V voltage.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 7.5mA .
