NG80960JD3V66 Overview
Due to its 132-QFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~100°C TC. i960 is its series number. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. A total of 132 terminations have been recorded. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 3.3V volts. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. There is 66MHz frequency set for the CPU. Detailed functions for 132 pins can be found in the datasheets. With a 32 width external data bus, this CPU has a wide external data bus. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 132 pins. As a result of its Surface Mount mounting, this CPU is widely used in a wide variety of applications. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. 3V is the CPU core voltage. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 1kB. It is generally recommended that users do not supply their embedded microprocessors with voltages higher than 3.45V. Micro processors should be supplied with 3.15V as their lowest voltage.
