This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 160MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's output. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. You can find related electrical components to the base part number P281*. There is an available 8 pin on the PLL. Clock generator can also be included into Clock Generators. In some cases, over-current supply (higher than 24mA) may cause thermal damage to an element.
