It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, there is an embedded clock generator. It contains 6 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
