PL123E-09HOI Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.63V for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 2.25V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.25V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
