PL123E-09SC-R Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 220MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
