PL602-38OC-R Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 800MHz Max. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generator ic works with 2.97V~3.63V. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels. According to the base part number PL602, its related parts can be found. There is a TRI-STATE; ENABLE/DISABLE FUNCTION; COMPLEMENTARY OUTPUT; TR feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. With its steady structure and advanced building process, this clock generator ic can clock at speeds as high as 800MHz.
