RT8101GSP Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 100 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off.
