SCAN162512SM Overview
A copy of it is embedded in the package 64-LFBGA. In other words, it is packaged in a manner similar to Tray. It achieves superior flexibility through 16-Bit circuits. There is a logic type Universal Bus Transceiver associated with this electrical device. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount so that this electronic part can be seen. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C~85°C. In order to ensure maximum design flexibility, it features a High/Low output current of 24mA 24mA. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the SCAN series. It operates at a voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. The SCAN162512 family includes it. In 64 terminations, the transmission line is terminated with a device matching its characteristic impedance. Normal operation requires an output voltage above 3.3V. It is designed with 8 Bits. An example of this is through the use of 2 terminations, where a particular device is used to end a transmission line with an impedance matching device, fitted with its characteristic impedance. The electronic part is mounted in Surface Mount-direction. The 64 pins are designed into it. It reaches 3.6V when the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. It should be possible to exceed 2.7V with the supply voltage (Vsup).
