SI53320-B-GT Overview
It is available in the case 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) for this cut smart buffer. There is a Tube packaged with it. It has 20 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. Supply voltages of 2.5V enable high efficiency. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer. When the temperature is set to -40°C~85°C, reliable performance is ensured. It should be capable of operating with a power supply of 1.71V~3.63V volts. The clock buffer contains 20 pins. There is LVPECL output from clock driver. Operation is performed with 20 pins. It belongs to the family of SI53320. In this case, Vsup will be set to 2.63V (decimal). As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.38V for normal operation. As a default, it is set to output 5 by default.
