SL23EP08SC-1H Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 2.7V. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.3V for safety considerations. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.3V~3.6V.
