Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 625MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
