This part is conveniently packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. XOR (Exclusive OR) logic is the basis of its operation. The part must have a voltage of 2V~5.5V in order to function properly. Around -40°C~125°C is the extended operating temperature. Through Hole is the location of the part. In both high and low states, output current is 8mA 8mA. This item is from the 74AHC series. Totally, there are 14 terminations.
