The 128-LQFP package contains FIFO memory chip.Tray case is used for packaging.In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 576K 16K x 36 .It is recommended that the temperature be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.A mounting type of Surface Mount is associated with the FIFO memory.A supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V is required for its operation.It is a member of the 74V series .Surface Mount is recommended as the mounting method.I believe it belongs to the 74V3680 family of numbers.When the supply voltage is 3.3V there is the possibility of high efficiency.As a result of this, FIFO means contains 128 terminations.There are 128 pins on the operation pins.The maximum current required for its operation is 40mA .Set the supply voltage to 3.3V to ensure FIFO's maximum efficiency.The gadget in FIFOs is self-contained.ICs of type OTHER FIFO are used in the FIFO memory chip.It maintains good accuracy at a 166MHz frequency.There is a FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage of 3.45V .For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3.15V .The 2 circuit is used in order to enhance its flexibility.
