In this PMIC, you can find SOT-23-6 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 4 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 6. There are 6 pins on the power managment ic. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
