SY54020ARMG-TR Overview
A 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? case is used for packaging. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. There is a maximum value of 3.2GHz for normal operation. It's?set?up?in?the?way?of?Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are classified as such. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature to -40°C~85°C.
